Signature Manager vs. Mail Dislcaimers

WatchThe Exclaimer Guide to Signature Software

Get branding with impact, not effort.

Mail Disclaimers and Signature Manager are Exchange and Outlook-based software that can automatically create, update and apply vivid signatures – it’s branded email, made simple.

Auto-adjust signatures and disclaimers based on the recipient, sender and other data – give the sales team one and legal another, or use French for Paris readers and English for LA clients.

iPhone, Blackberry and Outlook Web emails get dynamic signatures too.

In fact, every email gets vivid branding, whatever the client or device used to send it. So wherever you are, business looks good.

It’s power and simplicity at the same time, I don’t think it gets easier than this.

Every Business Looks Good

Every Microsoft email set-up since 2003 works – Outlook, Exchange, Small Business Server, Office 365 – and they all auto-fill the sender’s contact details straight from the Active Directory.

Mail Disclaimers will work with Exchange 2007/2010 and SBS 2008/2011, and Signature Manager is for Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 – while Exchange 2003 users can get Mail Utilities.

As an Outlook add-on, Signature Manager can be used where Mail Disclaimers can’t – on Office 365 and Exchange Online, or any common non-Exchange server.

But Mail Disclaimers can use abilities it can’t – like auto-adjusting branding for each reader or sending signatures from smartphones and non-Outlook mail clients.

For maximum power, combine them: put branding on every email sent, auto-customize it for each recipient and see it as you write – they’re the perfect pair.

Pick Your Perfection

Use Mail Disclaimers on Exchange 2007/2010 and Small Business Server 2008/2011, and Signature Manager on Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 – or get both.
