- Introduced the ability to specify the use of a specific GC in the Advanced Settings box.
Fixed the following problems
- In some instances Contacts were treated as external recipients/senders when specified as internal.
- If GC is set manually and there are errors a notification was not issued effectively.
- In rare instances an RTF email body was formatted blue with underline if the message started with a hyperlink.
- The "Don't add disclaimer if..." feature added the disclaimer anyway if there was a : (colon) in the search string.
- Inability to recognise an attribute assigned to a Distribution Group in a query.
- In some instances Signed mails encapsulated in a disclaimed email did not appear in Outlook 2007.
- When using Outlook as the email editor (in Outlook 2003 only), Mail Utilities occasionally did not recognise the reply separator.
- RTF and Plain Text with no body did not get disclaimed.
- Anti-Spam quarantine messages were not being excluded from journaling.
- Journaling, diagnostics and auto-response email were not being delivered in Exchange 2007 SP1 only.
- ' (apostrophe) was being replaced with ' in AD fields inserted into HTML email messages.
