Yes, Auto Responder is fully compatible with all our other products.
How is Auto Responder licensed?
Auto Responder is licensed on a per server basis. You need to purchase a license for each server that the product will be installed on.

Where should I install Auto Responder?
Auto Responder needs to be installed on each of your Microsoft Exchange Hub Transport servers for full coverage.

How long does a trial period last?
Your trial needs to be activated online. You have up to 5 days to activate your trial. Once you have activated your trial, the product will run for another 30 days free of charge.
Are the trial products limited?
No. In trial, all Exclaimer products are fully functional.
Can I try more than one product at a time?
Yes. Feel free to download and test as many of our products as you like. If you have any queries during any evaluation then please contact us for assistance.
Can I extend my trial?
Yes. Contact our sales department at sales@exclaimer.com for a trial license extension.
Is this a yearly renewable license or a one-off payment?
Most Exclaimer products are licensed for a one off fee and are valid for the purchased version and all minor updates. You will need to renew your license if you upgrade to a newer major version or if you want to extend your usage. An annual renewal is charged for continuation of Support and for the Mail Utilities Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus modules.
We have grown rapidly and gone over our user limit. How do I upgrade?
You can email sales@exclaimer.com with your request. We can then provide you with a quotation that meets your needs.
I am migrating to a new server with an updated version of Exchange. Can I move my license?
If you are moving between products (e.g. from Mail Utilities to Mail Disclaimers), you will need a new license for which there may be a charge. Please contact sales@exclaimer.com. If you are moving a purchased product to a new server then simply reapply your existing license after installation.
How do I order an Exclaimer product?
You can order Exclaimer products using a credit card or with a purchase order. Click the 'Buy Now' button on the relevant product page and follow the simple steps.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Your license and invoice are delivered by email directly after purchasing.
How long is the lead time?
Exclaimer product licenses are delivered straight after a payment has been made or a purchase order has been approved.
What's included with my support package?
Exclaimer offers a full support service. Support is mandatory for the first year and renewable on an annual basis after that.
How long does my support package last?
All support packages last for 12 months. Longer support contracts are available on request. Please ask your sales contact for further details.
