Exclaimer Mail Disclaimers must be installed on a Windows 2003/2008 x64 server running Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010.

The performance of the server will depend upon the email load, disclaimer complexity and the complexity of the rules that you have set up. In a normal environment, Exclaimer Mail Disclaimers can be installed on an Exchange server without affecting throughput.
