How is Outlook Photos Licensed?
Outlook Photos is currently free to use without restriction.
How do I get support for Outlook Photos?
If you have an existing support contract for an Exclaimer product then contact support in the normal way otherwise Outlook photos is not currently supported. We are intending to introduce a chargeable support program shortly.
Where should I install Outlook Photos?
Outlook Photos can be installed on any computer in your Active Directory domain.

What rights do I need to update my users’ Outlook Photos?
Each user has the right to update their own photo. A domain administrator has rights to update all photos. You can also give nominated users this right on a selective basis.
What image formats are supported?
Outlook Photos supports jpeg, png and bmp formats.
Can I import multiple images in one operation?
Absolutely. Outlook Photos has some great features for importing and assigning photos to individuals.
Does Outlook Photos work with all versions of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook?
You need to be using Microsoft Exchange 2010 to view photos and they will only be visible to Microsoft Outlook 2010 users. You can use Outlook Photos with Mail Disclaimers and Signature Manager to achieve a similar effect for other versions of Exchange and Outlook.
What if I don’t have Microsoft Outlook 2010 or Microsoft Exchange 2010?
You can still get all the benefits of having your photos in your emails using Mail Disclaimers and Signature Manager. You can create Signature templates in both products that include images from Outlook Photos.
