Added the new features

Import and display photos to and from Photo, thumbnailLogo and jpegPhoto as well as thumbnailPhoto AD attributes.
Upload and download images in JPG format.
Sort by Name, E-mail, Job Title and Department columns.
Search for a specific user.
Disable OU grouping.
Disable all image processing. By default Outlook Photos crops, resizes and converts images to PNG format.
Ability to match a photo filename to a user based on the contents of any AD attribute.
