How is Signature Manager licensed?
Signature Manager is licensed on a per user basis. A license is required for each user that sends email in your organization. A great value licensing package is available for users of Microsoft Small Business Server. More information is available in the pricing tab of the Signature Manager product page. Can I use Signature Manager with any other Exclaimer product?
Yes, Signature manager is fully compatible with all our other products.
Does Signature Manager allow you to create a different template for each email format?
Yes. You can create a version of your template for each email format. Certain options such as smart tables and inserted images are only available in HTML.
Can Signature Manager add the signature/disclaimer to messages that are sent from mobile devices such as the iPhone and Blackberry?
No. Signature Manager deploys Outlook signatures to the end users’ computers for use with Microsoft Outlook. If you want to apply signatures and disclaimers to messages in mobile devices you will need Mail Utilities for Microsoft Exchange 2003 or Mail Disclaimers for Microsoft Exchange 2007 & 2010.
How do I apply my Signature Manager license?
Launch the Signature Manager console and select the Exclaimer node on the left of the screen. Select the licensing tab and click on the “Activate Full License” then follow the on screen instructions.

Can Signature Manager remove end user created Outlook Signatures?
Yes. You can create a new Outlook Mail Format policy which provides the option to remove all previous existing signatures.
How can we take our settings across multiple servers?
Signature Manager should be installed on a single computer. If you need to migrate your settings, check out the user manual for information on Importing and Exporting your configuration.
Where should I install Signature Manager?
The application can be installed on any computer connected to your domain. To update OWA signatures from this location, Microsoft Outlook should be installed.

How long does a trial period last?
Your trial needs to be activated online. You have up to 5 days to activate your trial. Once you have activated your trial, the product will run for another 30 days free of charge.
Are the trial products limited?
No. In trial, all Exclaimer products are fully functional.
Can I try more than one product at a time?
Yes. Feel free to download and test as many of our products as you like. If you have any queries during any evaluation then please contact us for assistance.
Can I extend my trial?

Is this a yearly renewable license or a one-off payment?
Most Exclaimer products are licensed for a one off fee and are valid for the purchased version and all minor updates. You will need to renew your license if you upgrade to a newer major version or if you want to extend your usage. An annual renewal is charged for continuation of Support and for the Mail Utilities Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus modules.

I am migrating to a new server with an updated version of Exchange. Can I move my license?
If you are moving between products (e.g. from Mail Utilities to Mail Disclaimers), you will need a new license for which there may be a charge. Please contact
sales@exclaimer.com
. If you are moving a purchased product to a new server then simply reapply your existing license after installation.
How do I order an Exclaimer product?
You can order Exclaimer products using a credit card or with a purchase order. Click the 'Buy Now' button on the relevant product page and follow the simple steps.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Your license and invoice are delivered by email directly after purchasing.
How long is the lead time?
Exclaimer product licenses are delivered straight after a payment has been made or a purchase order has been approved.
What's included with my support package?
Exclaimer offers a full support service. Support is mandatory for the first year and renewable on an annual basis after that.
How long does my support package last?
All support packages last for 12 months. Longer support contracts are available on request. Please ask your sales contact for further details.
