Fixed the following problems

Exchange server policy can cause an error message to appear when viewing the mailboxes tab.
"Exclaimer Store Compressor is Active" box is not enabled from the Status tab on service and or server restart.
Attachments that increased in size when compressed could in some cases be removed from the message.
