Exclaimer 2022 year in review

What a year it’s been! We hope 2022 has been as huge for you as it has been for Exclaimer. As we reflect on the last 12 months, we wanted to take a minute to list out all of the exciting things that happened this year and express our thanks to all those who made it possible. 

Here’s a roundup of our 2022 year in review highlights (in case you missed any!) 

New and enhanced Exclaimer products 

We launched an enhanced product in 2022, redefining the whole email signature space. 

We also released numerous product enhancements during the year, including our user details editor, banner analytics, and other features. There will be further refinements to our products going into 2023, so stay tuned. 

Great Exclaimer customer successes 

We were very proud to count our 55,000th Exclaimer customer early in 2022 and have added many more new users throughout the year. We’ve worked hard to support customer success, achieving a CSAT score of 96 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 69 – well above the industry average for the software industry.

Growing Exclaimer presence worldwide 

Aligned with our business growth have been more investments in Exclaimer’s global footprint. We’ve added new offices and teams  in Portugal, the U.S., and the UK, and moved to a bigger U.S. base in Miami.

Regional expansion in the Middle East 

This year has seen growth in various regions, including the Middle East, where we’ve expanded our infrastructure into Microsoft Azure datacenters in the UAE. This is in direct response to the needs of local customers as we see a growing global trend toward cloud-based solutions and migrations away from on-premises deployments. 

Cybersecurity credentials galore 

We now have so many security credentials we’ve had to start using a new Exclaimer Trust Portal (Powered by Conveyor) to highlight them all. Go there to find the latest on our cyber certifications, including NCSC Cyber Essentials, ACSC Essential 8 standard, Cloud Security Alliance Trusted Cloud Provider, HIPAA compliance, and many more. 

Extending our commitment to diversity and inclusion 

As an employer, Exclaimer is committed to diversity and inclusion in our culture and hiring practices. This includes encouraging more women and non-binary individuals into technology careers, which is the goal of the Athena Hackathon that we sponsored in 2022. 

We also marked International Women’s Day with a week of sharing stories and sources of inspiration.  

Showcasing Exclaimer solutions at industry events 

We were keen to resume our longstanding presence at major industry events just as soon as it was safe to do so.

Promoting environmental sustainability 

Our changing climate and the future of the planet have been at the top of the agenda in 2022, and we've tried to make a difference by partnering with Ecologi to plant a tree every time we make a sale. 

More Exclaimer community programs 

We're also making a difference closer to home, with our teams around the world connecting with their communities and supporting local charities. 

Examples include our Miami-based colleagues supporting the Lotus House food drive and our UK team fundraising for various good causes, including St. Michael's Hospice and Cancer Research. 

Expansion of Exclaimer partner channels 

We’re massively growing our global distribution reach to bring Exclaimer solutions to more customers worldwide. In the last 12 months, we’ve gone public on significant channel partnerships Pax8, GCN Group, Capaco, and Cloud Factory, with many more activated or expanded during the year.

More top talent joins the Exclaimer management team 

Did you know that Exclaimer now has nearly 300 people worldwide? We’re proud of what attracts people to join the Exclaimer family, including three additions to our management team: Joey Humke (Chief Revenue Officer), Jonathan Bartlett (Chief Product Officer), and Carol Howley (Chief Marketing Officer). 

Lots of awards for our technology excellence and business growth 

Among the awards we’ve won in 2022 are the following: 

  • Think Global Award in the Professional Services category 

We were also ranked in the FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies (up 306 places!) and highly placed in G2's Top 50 EMEA Sellers list at the G2 Best Software Awards. 

Focus on Exclaimer staff well-being  

We're proud of our team's achievements and are invested in their well-being through various local and global programs. This includes a renewed commitment in 2022 to supporting hybrid workspaces so that Exclaimer employees can benefit from the flexibility of working from anywhere in the world for six weeks – in addition to their chosen pattern of office and home-based work style.
