There is no requirement for an Exchange™ server and the software takes all user details directly from an organization’s Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)® Directory. Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)® users can also have multiple email signatures, with the option of choosing which signature they wish to use depending on the nature of the email they are sending, and see what their signature looks like when they compose a new message.
As with other releases in the Signature Manager range, every email an employee sends can also be turned into a powerful marketing opportunity. Signature Manager Office 365 Edition lets IT administrators create dedicated signature banners to showcase upcoming events, special offers and various promotions. Once the activity is completed, the software will automatically update or remove any banner as needed. This turns the humble email signature into a low-cost, high-volume marketing channel that can provide an organization with increased levels of ROI.
