• The Competition ends on 22 September 2023, 12 pm PST. The winner will be decided by Exclaimer, whose decision is final. The winner will be announced at the stand, and the prize will be given to them at the stand or within 30 days thereafter.
• Exclaimer reserves the right to amend, add, withdraw, or supplement the Competition at its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
• The prize is not exchangeable for any other item in part or in whole and is not replaceable if lost or stolen. No cash alternative is available.
• Exclaimer reserves the right to replace the prize with a gift item of similar or other value at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice.
