This has been particularly true over the last three years where we have managed to double our global user-base.
The scale of what we offer has transformed substantially since the very early days of Exclaimer. The email signature management space is now more competitive. More organizations than ever understand the importance of centrally managing their corporate email signatures. We understood that in order to maintain our position as the market leader in email signature solutions, we needed to evolve who we are and what we do. It’s with this in mind that we felt it was the perfect time to update the Exclaimer brand identity, give it a complete refresh, and offer much more than what we currently offer our customers.

With the new Exclaimer brand also comes a new mission. This is why we’re moving beyond just offering centralized email signature management. We are now on a mission to fundamentally redefine what email signatures can do for an organization. This is a metric unique to email signature management that quantifies the value of advertising and messaging placed in the signature templates of an organization’s business email messages.

Exclaimer Signature Feedback Power Up
The Exclaimer Signature Feedback Power Up allows you to embed customer feedback buttons into email signature templates. It also surfaces important sales and marketing intelligence to achieve customer retention objectives.
Any real-time feedback can then be used to inform all manner of business improvements including to the customer experience itself.
Exclaimer Signature Appointments Power Up
Our Exclaimer Signature Appointments Power Up lets you automatically add appointment booking links directly into email signature templates without needing a third-party calendar system. These links can also be shared outside the signature, providing even broader value.
This allows you to drive direct customer engagement and avoid endless email chains used for scheduling meetings.
