Software Maintenance Agreement
When you purchase Mail Archiver, you must buy a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA). When your SMA expires, you will no longer be entitled to any of the considerable benefits. Contact our sales team to renew your SMA.

You can fax, email or telephone an order containing your contact details to our sales team. We will then send you an order form with terms and conditions attached. Applying Your License
After purchasing Mail Archiver, you will be sent a 25 digit license key by email. Instructions on how to apply your license are attached to that email, but can also be found here.
No Returns Policy
We offer a 35 day pre-purchase trial for Mail Archiver. Therefore, we assume that purchasers will have established the product’s suitability for their purpose and accordingly we do not offer refunds.
