We're really excited to announce another fantastic award win for Exclaimer. Today, Microsoft’s officially declared us a finalist for its Customer Experience 2023 Partner of the Year Award.

It is such an honor to be named a finalist for this prestigious award. It's the second time Microsoft has recognized us in this category, and it’s all thanks to the hard work our customer teams put in every day to provide the best possible service for over 50,000 companies worldwide.

About the Microsoft Partner of the Year awards

The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognize Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft-based applications, services and devices during the past year. Awards were classified in various categories, with honorees chosen from a set of more than 4,200 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide. Exclaimer's been recognized for providing outstanding solutions and services in Customer Experience.

The Microsoft Customer Experience Partner of the Year Award recognizes partners who are dedicated to building and responding to customer interactions in a way that meets or exceeds customer needs, expectations and satisfaction.

The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards are announced annually prior to the company’s global partner conference, Microsoft Inspire, which will take place on July 18-19 this year.

Putting customer experience at the heart of what we do

Here’s some key metrics and improvements we've made to our customer experience over the last 12 months:

  • We’ve maintained a consistent Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) rating of above 95% with a calculated Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 71.

  • We’ve expanded our operating hours globally, providing 24-hour coverage for all customers through the implementation of AI tools, improved self-service options, and increased human support.

  • By introducing chatbot functionality on our messaging channels, we’ve improved the resolution speed of support issues.

  • Our product team now runs an Early Access Program for customers, allowing them to test drive new product features and services.

  • With over 800 articles, our Knowledgebase is continually updated based on customer feedback, including insights gathered from interviews.

  • We maintain a closed feedback loop for negative feedback, ensuring accurate issue recording and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Direct customer feedback enables us to swiftly resolve bugs and incorporate new features into our email signature solution.

This Microsoft accolade adds to our substantial collection of awards this year, all focused on customer service and experience.

We’ve won two G2 Best Software Product Awards, ranking #8 in the Top 50 UK Software Companies category, and #22 in the Top 50 EMEA Software Companies one.

We’re ranked with the highest score on G2’s Email Signature category grid and have also secured three TrustRadius 2023 Top Rated Awards. These awards confirm our exceptional performance as they’re based on genuine customer reviews.
